REACH FOUNDRY
Prepared for Stef Mandirola · HASU High Performance Zen

A proposal, not a live offer · Working draft

Reach Foundry, a done-for-you outreach engine for your 8-week programme

Stef, Gemma mentioned your 8-week programme and I've been meaning to put something proper in front of you rather than a vague 'we should chat' text. I'm Ade, I run the operational and outreach side of Gemma's work, and this is the actual thing: what it is, what it costs, why the price makes sense, and how it would technically work. Read it, poke holes in it, and tell me what's wrong with it.

01The problem this solves

The problem this solves

You've built something real, the 8-week corporate case study, a genuine ex-COO/aerospace credibility story nobody else in this space has, testimonials sitting in your Instagram highlights right now. What's missing isn't the product. It's that the exact people who'd book it, HR and People leads at UK companies with a real wellbeing budget, have no way of finding you. Word-of-mouth and a placeholder website aren't a distribution strategy.

Status note

This isn't a guess about your business. Checked directly: active Instagram (posting every few days), a dated post confirming the 8-week corporate case study went live. The activity is real. The visibility to the right buyer isn't.

02Already built

What Reach Foundry already has

01 / Database · projected 0

A live contact database

~11,350 UK companies and contacts sourced and verified across the six live verticals this engine has built so far (corporate wellbeing buyers, wellness and spa, beauty and aesthetics, allied health, and independent coaches and speakers). 289 are named individuals at employers already active on workplace wellbeing, the same buyer persona you need; the rest are verified company inboxes ready for a targeted sequence. Figure projected to completion, one lane is still finishing its harvest.

02 / Copy 0

A proven copywriting process, if you want it

A research-grounded, adversarially-judged approach to cold email that's already been built and tested this month, not a first attempt, a refined one. If you'd rather write it yourself, the sequence runs on your words instead. Either way, the database and the sending are the same.

03 / Sending Live

Sending infrastructure

Sequenced, reply-tracked, inbox-managed sending already running for another client. Adding a second one is marginal effort, not a rebuild.

03The market

Real market pricing (UK only, in pounds)

ProviderPriceWhat that covers
Pearl Lemon Leads (London)£2,497+/monthfor cold email or LinkedIn alone
SoproFrom ~£3,000/monthbespoke multi-channel, dedicated account manager
Flowd£4,000-£10,000/monthtargets 8+ qualified meetings/month
MeridianWeb (London)£999/month starter, £2,498/month standardplus a one-off list-build-only product at £1,499, no sequence or sending included
BangQuark (Manchester)£699/monthprospect research + personalised outreach
100 Pound Social£299/monthLinkedIn only, 100 prospects/week, the realistic floor for the cheapest thing on the market, and it needs your own Sales Navigator and 300+ connections to even start

Those prices cover real overhead: data teams, account managers, licensed tooling, and in every case building a list from zero. This works differently. The marginal cost of building your version is low because 90% of it already exists, which is the only reason the number below makes sense.

04The alternative

The other option, paying for reach instead of a list

LinkedIn's own guidance doesn't publish a fixed UK minimum, but independent benchmarking puts a genuinely useful UK B2B campaign at £1,500-3,000 a month in ad spend alone, before anyone's paid to write the ad or manage the campaign. Typical UK B2B cost-per-click runs £4.40-£12, cost-per-lead £50-£150. Below £1,500/month is generally reckoned as testing, not real results.

£1,500-3,000a month in ad spend alone
£4.40-£12typical UK B2B cost-per-click
£50-£150cost-per-lead
Status note

That means a month of LinkedIn ads aimed at HR/People leads would cost more than the entire founding-client build below, reaches a colder, unverified audience (anyone who happens to see the ad, not a researched list of the right person at the right company), and disappears the moment you stop paying. This is a one-off asset, not rent.

05The numbers

The actual offer

The build, one-off £500 One-off

A targeted slice of the existing database (300-500 contacts to start, not the whole list), and a 3-4 touch sequence structure built around your actual 8-week programme. If you'd rather write the words yourself, that's genuinely fine. I'll build the sequence around whatever you send me instead of drafting it from scratch. Against a comparable UK list-build-only product at £1,499 with nothing else included, this is genuinely a mate rate, not a market rate.

Running it £350 Per month

Actually sending the sequence, watching deliverability, reading and triaging replies, adjusting the copy against what real people say back. This is hands-on, not a tool I hand you. Priced below BangQuark's £699/month for a comparable managed service, well below the £2,497+/month agency tier, and it starts straight away rather than being an afterthought if the first batch goes well.

What I need from you first: Real session length, format, and a price for the 8-week programme, plus permission to use your real testimonials. '8-week corporate case study' on its own isn't enough to write copy that survives someone asking a follow-up question.
In exchange for both being priced this low: a signed testimonial once real bookings land, and permission to use this as a case study for the next client it gets sold to. Same trade already offered to Gemma on her own founding-client tier, not a special rule invented for you.
One honest thing worth saying: this rate and this priority slot are personal, and they're not open-ended. If it's not the right time for you, the same offer goes to someone else doing similar work. No pressure either way, just being straight about why now is the good moment to say yes.

06The upside

What this could be worth against your own price

The clearest real precedent found: a UK corporate mindfulness provider charges £250 per employee for an 8-week programme identical in format to yours. Most solo coaches in this space don't publish a price at all, but the workshop providers who do (AVVA Experience, Mindful Me) run £400-£2,950+VAT for a single session depending on headcount, and a full 8-week engagement for a small-to-mid cohort typically lands somewhere in the region of £2,500-£8,000 as a flat fee to the company, scaling with group size and your own track record.

Status note

Run it on your own number: if your 8-week programme is worth even £3,000 to a client, one single booking clears a whole year of running this (£350 x 12 = £4,200) more than half over, and two bookings clear it outright. The build and the first month together cost less than a single AVVA workshop session for a 100+ person group. This only needs to work once or twice a year to be worth doing.

07The plumbing

How it actually gets sent, and why not Klaviyo or Mailchimp

Klaviyo and Mailchimp are built for consented marketing lists, people who've opted in. Both explicitly prohibit using them for cold outreach to people who haven't. Using them this way risks account suspension, not just a slap on the wrist.

The real category for this is purpose-built cold-outreach tools, Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist, designed specifically for sequenced cold email, with proper mailbox reputation management built in.

To start, I'd run it myself, sending from a dedicated address on your own domain once it's ready, not a tool you have to learn. If this needs to scale past one client, that's when it moves onto one of those platforms properly.

08The path

What happens next

01

You give me the real detail

Session length, format, price, and sign-off to use your testimonials.

02

The sequence gets built

Either the same research-and-judge process already used elsewhere, tailored to your actual offer, or your own words if you'd rather write it. Your call.

03

A first batch goes out

A few hundred contacts, not the whole list, so we both see real numbers before scaling anything.

04

You take the calls that come in

That's the whole ask. I handle the list, the copy, and the sending.

Where this stands

This is a proposal for one conversation, not a live commercial offer, nothing has been sent or promised to you. The underlying tool this describes (Reach Foundry) is real and already tested against the existing database; what's not built yet is the version of it aimed specifically at your programme.
